As a licensed esthetician, I specialize in personalized skincare treatments—from customized facials and acne management to anti-aging solutions and everyday skin maintenance. My goal is always to enhance your natural beauty while promoting long-term skin health. I believe skincare is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I take the time to truly understand your skin and tailor each treatment to your unique needs. CANCELLATION POLICY

**REINFORCEMENT OF CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY** Please respect my time and that of other clients by providing at least 48 hours’ notice on business days (Mondays, Thursdays - Saturdays) for any cancellations or rescheduling. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays are considered non-business days and are *excluded* from the 48-hour notice window. This policy allows enough time to offer your appointment to another client. —— MISSED APPOINTMENTS, LATE CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 business hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. You will be required to have a credit card on file to reserve your next appointment. If you miss a second appointment, your card will be charged the full service amount. Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows will result in being charged the full service fee. After two no-shows, you will be blocked from booking any future services. --- CONFIRMATION, REMINDERS, AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: When you schedule/request an appointment, you come to a window of acknowledgment regarding my cancellation policy, you receive an immediate email / text confirming your appointment and outlining my policies. You also receive email and text reminders two to three days before your appointment. Forgetting your appointment does not excuse a late cancellation or no-show. --- DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: A non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment. After requesting an appointment, you will receive an invoice. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received. Invoices must be paid by the end of the day they are sent, or the appointment will be forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. Only book if you are ready to pay the deposit at the time of booking. --- LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In that case: Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook Please communicate ahead of time if you anticipate being late. --- RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling must also be done with 48 hours’ notice on business days. Again, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays are excluded from the notice window. Changing the time or day of your appointment with short notice will be treated as a late cancellation. Failure to reschedule with proper notice will result in loss of deposit. Please note that rescheduling is only allowed within the same calendar month. Each client is allowed up to two reschedules per month. If you attempt to reschedule more than twice, you will need to either keep your original appointment, choose another available date within the same month, or forfeit your deposit. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations may arise. However, I kindly ask that you be mindful and respectful of my time, as well as the time of other clients. When you book an appointment, you agree to these terms from the start. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you cancel and do not reschedule within 30 days, your deposit will expire. A new deposit will be required to book again. --- GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY: All gift certificates are **valid for 30 days** from the date of issue. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be used within the 30-day period, and will expire after 30 days, no exceptions. Please treat gift certificates like cash, as lost or expired certificates will not be replaced or honored.
